Somewhere on Solana, a tiny creature is being born. Enter any slot and hatch the one-of-a-kind Blockling living inside its block.
Type any Solana slot. We fetch its real blockhash from mainnet and hatch the creature that has always lived there.
Every confirmed block holds one egg. Pick a slot and see who's inside.
No randomness, no AI images, no made-up data. Just math and a lot of love.
Solana targets a new slot every 200ms; real-world slots run a touch longer, around 210–220ms. Some get a block, some are skipped.
We verify the block on mainnet and read its unique blockhash. Skipped slots stay empty.
SHA-256 of the slot + blockhash gives 32 bytes. Each byte pair picks one trait.
Species, body, colors, face, accessory, personality and rarity — drawn as live SVG.
The algorithm is versioned, so future art updates can never silently change a creature you've met.
seed = sha256("blocklings|bl-1|slot=…|blockhash=…")Every Blockling belongs to one of eight species, each with its own silhouette and charm.
A squishy rice-cake soul. Pure vibes, no extra parts.
Long-eared hopper that listens to every validator.
Cat-eared, whiskered, and suspicious of empty blocks.
A tufted chirper with tiny flappy wings.
Grows a fresh leaf with every epoch.
A little bot powered by leftover compute units.
A floaty jelly that glows in the mempool dark.
Tiny horns, tiny wings, enormous ambitions.
Rarity is a Blocklings rule — not something Solana knows about. It's rolled from the first two bytes of the seed, with these exact odds.
Clean and classic. The everyday heroes of the chain.
Trailing sparkles or bubbles wherever they wobble.
Surrounded by a glowing aura or an orbit of stars.
Auras, orbits, or a shimmering golden halo.
Halos and full prism rainbows. One in ~67 blocks.
Millions of distinct looks. Species, palette, body, eyes, mouth and personality are picked evenly; 75% of Blocklings wear an accessory that suits their species.
Our little universe is just getting started. Every new chapter brings more life to the chain.
“Every universe starts with a tiny spark.”
“Our little family is growing.”
“Something extraordinary is evolving.”
“Beyond the Hatchery lies an entire universe.”
Every little step brings the Blocklings universe to life. Follow our journey, one block at a time.
Roadmap chapters are proposed directions, not guaranteed release commitments. Any exchange listings are exploratory and depend on each exchange's eligibility, review and approval. None are guaranteed, confirmed or scheduled.
$BLINGS is the community token of the Blocklings universe. Hatching is always free — you never need a wallet or a token to meet a Blockling.
